Indian Citizen Killed Amid Ukraine Drone Attack in Russian Territory

MOSCOW — An Indian citizen working in Russia was among three people killed in a massive Ukrainian drone attack on Moscow and the surrounding region, the Indian embassy confirmed Sunday.

Three others were injured in the attack, which involved nearly 600 drones — the largest assault on the capital since the conflict began, according to Ukrainian authorities. One person was also killed in the Belgorod region.

Embassy officials have visited the attack site and met with the injured workers in hospital. The attack came days after a Russian missile and drone barrage on Kyiv killed at least 24 people.
