Riyadh Air Invests in Future Talent with Cabin Crew Recruitment Program
RIYADH — Riyadh Air has unveiled the Nawat Cabin Crew Program, aiming to recruit and train thousands of Saudi nationals as the Kingdom’s newest airline expands operations.
The initiative, part of the carrier’s broader strategy under Vision 2030, supports plans to create more than 200,000 direct and indirect jobs in aviation. Nahar Al‑Jahani, senior vice president of people and culture, described it as “an opportunity to be part of a national transformation story.”
Cabin crew will be trained under “The Lavender Thread” philosophy, inspired by traditional Saudi hospitality. The eight‑month curriculum covers safety, technical skills, language, and service standards.
Riyadh Air is also offering pathways for female engineers in aircraft maintenance, cadet pilot programs, and specialized scholarships. Applications are open to Saudis aged 21 and above, with the first training intake scheduled for August.
