IMAN Developers Sets New Standard as Dh300 Million Oxford Cove Sells Out in Two Hours
IMAN Developers has launched Oxford Cove, its latest project in Dubai’s Jumeirah Village Circle, and the response was staggering. The Dh300 million development sold out within two hours of opening.
The 247‑apartment complex spans G+5 floors with over 55 lifestyle amenities across multiple levels, including swimming pools, wellness zones, meditation decks, and outdoor dining spaces. Units range from studios to two‑bedroom layouts, plus exclusive duplexes with private pools. Prices start at Dh679,000 with a 50/50 payment plan.
Oxford Cove is the developer’s 12th project in JVC and the first major residential launch of 2026 in the community. IMAN’s portfolio now includes 17 properties built over a decade.
“Today’s homeowners seek comfort, connection, wellness, and belonging,” said CEO Ismail Marfani. “We have consistently delivered on that promise.”
The project’s rapid sell‑out reflects sustained demand from both end‑users and investors, reinforcing JVC’s status as a family‑oriented, well‑connected community.
