Google Introduces Powerful AI Features for Faster Android Performance
Google has unveiled a new system for Android that automates everyday phone tasks, understands what’s on your screen, and creates custom widgets from simple voice commands.
Announced during the Android Show, the system combines Google’s latest models with the operating system itself. It can handle multi‑step actions across apps — like finding a class syllabus in Gmail, identifying required books, and adding them to a shopping cart — without jumping between screens manually.
Users can long‑press the power button and ask the assistant to act based on what’s visible. One demo showed it turning a grocery list photo into an online delivery order.
A new voice‑to‑text tool, Rambler, cleans up pauses and filler words while preserving tone and style, even supporting multilingual messages.
The features will begin rolling out this summer on Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel devices, later expanding to watches, cars, and laptops.
