US singer-songwriter and actress Lainey Wilson turned heads at the Billboard Women in Music event in Los Angeles, showcasing a striking all-black ensemble by Lebanese luxury designer Saiid Kobeisy that seamlessly blended Western sophistication with high-fashion styling.

The 33-year-old artist commanded attention in a complete black look featuring expertly tailored pants, a jacket adorned with floral appliques and studded details, and her signature cowboy hat—a nod to her country roots. She elevated the ensemble with sparkling chandelier earrings that caught light beautifully, while styling her long blonde hair in a soft, romantic low ponytail with carefully placed face-framing pieces.

The look exemplified how contemporary designers are bridging cultural and stylistic boundaries. Kobeisy’s ability to honor Wilson’s Western aesthetic while infusing luxury elements demonstrates the versatility of modern couture design.

Wilson’s appearance adds to a growing list of high-profile figures choosing Saiid Kobeisy for major cultural moments. Most notably, Tiffany Trump has become a regular supporter of the Lebanese designer’s creations, selecting his work for multiple significant occasions.

Last year, Trump’s daughter made headlines when she wore a custom-made blue quartz couture gown by Kobeisy at the state banquet held during President Donald Trump’s visit to the United Kingdom. The elegant ensemble included a beaded clutch also by Kobeisy, with styling by Toni Breisse and jewelry by Samer Halimeh.

Kobeisy described his vision for that occasion with eloquence: “For this occasion, I wanted to design a piece that unites heritage with modernity, a vision where power meets elegance, crafted with the spirit of royalty at its core. It is about commanding presence, leaving an impression as timeless as the moment itself.”

Tiffany again chose Kobeisy in December 2025 for the Kennedy Center Honors, the prestigious White House event recognizing individuals who have significantly contributed to American culture through performing arts. For that occasion, she selected a floor-length emerald-green velvet gown with a sweetheart neckline and long fitted sleeves, cinched at the waist with a slim belt and finished with a thigh-high front slit—a show-stopping choice that balanced elegance with contemporary flair.

Saiid Kobeisy’s ascent in global luxury fashion reflects both personal dedication and masterful design. Founded in Beirut in 2000, the brand has grown into an internationally celebrated luxury house known for exquisite couture, bridal collections, and ready-to-wear creations.

Kobeisy’s journey to becoming a global designer began in his father’s boutique, where as a teenager he would offer customers styling advice—a passion that never wavered. He recalled: “My father had a boutique for evening gowns. As a teenager, whenever I had a free moment, I would intervene with the customers to give them the advice that I thought was appropriate. It was my passion and I had an eye for it. I did not want to do anything else in life. I studied fashion design and when I felt ready, I started my own couture house.”

That childhood passion has blossomed into a design philosophy that consistently attracts discerning clients seeking pieces that transcend trends. From Wilson’s Western-modern ensemble to Tiffany Trump’s state banquet gown to the Kennedy Center emerald creation, Kobeisy’s work demonstrates how luxury fashion can honor individual style while elevating it through technical mastery and artistic vision.
