The summer heat is still months away, but Abu Dhabi’s entertainment calendar is already heating up. The Jonas Brothers have been announced as the latest headliners for the Offlimits music festival, set to take over Etihad Park on April 4 for its second annual edition.

The Grammy-nominated trio—Kevin, Joe, and Nick—bring their signature blend of pop-rock energy to the UAE capital, joining a lineup that continues to grow in both star power and diversity.

A Lineup Crossing Genres and Borders

Alongside the Jonas Brothers, organizers have confirmed an impressive roster of international and regional talent. US record producer and R&B stalwart Ne-Yo will bring his smooth vocals and songwriting pedigree to the stage. British singer-songwriter Myles Smith, known for his emotive storytelling, is also set to perform.

The festival continues its commitment to showcasing artists with regional roots. Los Angeles-based Egyptian singer Bayou, Jordanian vocalist Yara Mustafa, and British singer Yaz Caramanli—each bringing distinct styles shaped by heritage and contemporary influence—will round out the bill.

Last month, organizers revealed that Colombian-Lebanese superstar Shakira would headline as well, adding another global icon to what is shaping up to be a landmark evening.

Building on a Strong Debut

The inaugural Offlimits festival in 2024 set a high bar. Headlined by Ed Sheeran, the debut featured an eclectic mix of acts including OneRepublic, Kaiser Chiefs, Faithless, ARTBAT, Fun Lovin’ Criminals, and regional favorite Zeyne. The event demonstrated Abu Dhabi’s growing appetite for live music experiences that blend international headliners with local and regional voices.

A Festival Finding Its Identity

What distinguishes Offlimits is its refusal to be pinned to a single genre. Pop, R&B, rock, electronic, and Arabic fusion sit side by side on the same bill. This curatorial approach reflects Abu Dhabi’s broader cultural strategy: positioning itself as a crossroads where global entertainment meets regional authenticity.

With Etihad Park as its home and April 4 marked on the calendar, Offlimits 2026 is rapidly becoming one of the region’s most anticipated live music events. The Jonas Brothers, Ne-Yo, Shakira, and a rising generation of Arab artists will share the same stage under the Abu Dhabi sky—a fitting symbol of a festival that looks both outward and inward.

Tickets and additional act announcements are expected in the coming weeks. For now, the countdown begins.
