Businesses in The UAE and Eurasia Investigate a Permanent Trading Hub
Dubai: Companies from the United Arab Emirates, Russia, and other Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) nations are investigating plans for a permanent trade and exhibition center in the UAE as well as a multilingual online marketplace that would link investors and manufacturers with buyers throughout the Gulf and beyond.
A group of Russian lawyers, consultants, business formation experts, and other legal and business professionals met with Sameh Abdalla, CEO of Ahmed Mahfoudh Chartered Accountant & Auditors (AMCA) to discuss the suggestions.
The initiative aims to give businesses looking to enter the UAE and EAEU markets a more organized path that goes beyond business introductions to firm establishment, regulatory approvals, and commercial activities.
We discussed company creation, licensing, legal and tax guidance, accounting, import and export procedures, customs regulations, Certificates of Origin, rules of origin, product registration, distribution arrangements, and access to local partners.
Our goal is to create a useful business bridge between the United Arab Emirates and the Eurasian Economic Union. This bridge will help businesses move toward market access, establishment, and commercial initiatives, going beyond introductions and business networking, according to Abdalla.
Under the plan, manufacturers and businesses from Russia and other EAEU nations would be allowed to maintain a presence in the UAE, where they could showcase goods and samples and build connections with importers, buyers, distributors, investors, and potential partners.
