Thousands of cyclists to ride Nov.1 Iconic Sheikh Zayed Road Dubai Experience
Registrations are now open for the historic Dubai Ride presented by DP World – an opportunity for cyclists to bike through the heart of the city as part of this year’s milestone 10th edition of the Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC) and experience one of the world’s most stunning cycling routes
On 1 November 2026, DFC’s opening weekend will be marked with the region’s largest community cycling event, kicking off a month of fitness and enjoyment across Dubai. The first of four flagship events, now in its seventh edition, will see thousands of cyclists of all ages and abilities ride through the city’s streets and past iconic landmarks including the Museum of the Future, Dubai Water Canal, Burj Khalifa and Dubai Opera, with Sheikh Zayed Road and Downtown Dubai turning into cycling routes for the morning.
Dubai Ride, one of the most-loved flagship events on the DFC calendar, is more than a cycling event it’s a celebration of unity and a chance for riders to fulfil their 30×30 goals, building on the record-breaking 40,000 cyclists who took part in last year’s edition.
Participants are invited to explore ‘What’s Your 30×30?’ Offering routes open to all cycling aficionados, from riders of determination to those with various skills. Riders can enjoy the picturesque 12km trail along Sheikh Zayed Road, or the family-friendly 4km loop through Downtown Dubai.
