Saudi Arabia Issues 138 Mining Licenses to Boost Resource Development
In a decisive move to unlock the vast mineral wealth beneath its sands, Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources issued 138 new mining licenses in November alone.
